Best Campground in Tennessee, A Rated Campgrounds

During 2008 guests from across the U.S. were invited to rate their camping experiences at any of nearly 4,000 RV Parks & Campgrounds displayed on www.gocampingamerica.com.

Guests were asked to grade the quality and value of their experiences on a scale of “A” through “F”, just like a school report card.  The various rating categories cover all aspects of the camping experience, including Rest Rooms, Service, Facility Cleanliness, Campsites, and Overall Experience.

In order for each of the following parks to receive a “Best Rated” award, they had to receive a minimum of 50 individual guest ratings and maintain an Overall Experience grade of “A” for the entire year.

• Buttonwood Campground – Mifflintown, Pennsylvania

• Cherry Hill Park – College Park, Maryland

• Dogwood Acres Campground – Newville, Pennsylvania

• High Plains Camping – Oakley, Kansas

• Kozy Rest Kampground – Harrisville, Pennsylvania

• Lake George RV Park – Lake George, New York

• Mill Creek Ranch RV & Cottage Resort – Canton, Texas

• Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort – Foxboro, Massachusetts.

• Ocean Lakes Family Campground – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

• Peace Valley Campground – Marble, North Carolina

• Pioneer Campground – Muncy Valley, Pennsylvania

• Pismo Coast Village RV Resort – Pismo Beach, California

• Rutledge Lake RV Park – Fletcher, North Carolina

• Scenic View Family Campground – Logan, Ohio

• South Haven Family Campground – South Haven, Michigan

• Stoney Creek RV Resort – Osseo, Wisconsin

• Sunny Brook RV Resort – South Haven, Michigan

• Tanglewood Camping – Covington, Pennsylvania

• The Vineyards Campground & Cabins – Grapevine, Texas
