We are one of the highest rated campgrounds in Tennessee!
We did it again! For the second year in a row we earned an A grade in the second annual consumer satisfaction survey of independent parks and we are the only park in Tennessee to receive the "A" grade two years in a row.
There was 31 Campground & RV Resorts in the Nation to receive this award this year and only 21 received it last year.We want to thank all of our great customers for helping us become the great park that we are. If it was not for you, we could not have ever won this award again.

Now you can see what other campers think of our park. This is a Survey that is hosted by GoCampingAmerica.com andthe National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds.
The link to the survey takes you to the Go CampingAmerica.com web site so the RV parks taking part in the survey have no control over the survey, so there is no way for the campgrounds to change the results.
Look at our RATING We got an A!
The top score we could ever get is a 5 and I know we only got a 4.8
But if you look at the results, we did get low marks on the: Marina Boat Launch, Mini Golf, Rental Equipment and Transpiration Shuttle. So in our defense . We dont have a Marina Boat Launch, Mini Golf, Rental Equipment and Transpiration Shuttle.
If you can over look the things that we were rated on that we dont have . WE DID GREAT!

This is going to be a great camping resort , it has a lot of potential, the bathrooms are clean and roomy, the sites are very level and clean, they have garbage pickup at your site, power was clean , with no problems. I will return to this place very many times in the future. I will also recommend it to anyone that wants away from the main stream crowds of the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. I am planning another stay there ,, this following weekend ,, since it's only about 51 miles from where i live. Great Place, very friendly staff , and all in all a great place to stay and relax. They also have a little BBQ snack shack that is outta this world ,, all meats are smoked right outside the shack, very good food, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a week to attend a family function in Maryville. I'm sure that it was not a busy time of the year for this campground. We were very pleased with the facilities. I couldn't believe how much room one had. The sites were very level. Everything worked just fine. The bathrooms were great, probably the best we have seen in awhile. I must say that the Wi-Fi was excellent, better than usual. We really enjoyed the "Little River" that flowed near the property. Very relaxing. Even though there wasn't any shade they did have trees planted. I'm sure that in years to come this will develop into a great place to stay. We will be back... We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a new campground (Sept 06) and the owners have done everything right. The sites were perfectly level, WiFi strong (and free), bathrooms the best and cleanest I've ever seen in a campground anywhere, good water pressure, consistent power, and the managers are among the nicest I've met. Because it's new it has no trees, but give it a few years. Basically much nicer than the very cramped campgrounds in Pigeon Forge and Gatliburg. Well worth a stop on your next Smokies visit. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a new Park, but such a future it will have if it continues the way it is now. The laundry is a dream to use. All new, clean machines within an air conditioned building that is kept as clean as the machines. The trees haven't had a chance to grow but should be great in a year or so. We stayed here on the week end going to Smoky Mountain Park. Pets can be walked down to the stream for everyone's enjoyment. We camped here in a Motorhome.
