Labor Day 2007 at Misty River Cabins & RV Resort in the Smoky Mountains
Lots of happy campers stopped by to have fun, play some games and eat some good finger licking BBQ from the smoker. We had all type of campers from the smallest pop up to the Big Rig with a 30 foot trailer behind it and we all had fun!
We went bobbing for apples, yep as you can see not only the kids got into diving into the water face first.
We had a balloon stomp……. You know when you have a balloon tied to your leg and someone else tries to break it by stepping on it….. What a blast to watch the kids dance around hi stepping like there feet on fire. (notice that kids can have fun without video games)
We had the East TN Camping Club spend a few days with us, Stacy and her crew kept us on the strait and narrow. What a nice bunch of folks! When her son took out his fishing gear….. you could see the fear in the fish eyes.

Who do you think made a bad catch in the egg toss game?
We had a big puppy hound dog with long floppy ears, deer painted on river rocks, folks swimming in the pool & river, fishing and having fun all over the place.
You should have been at the BBQ! Wow !!! What a GREAT time with all the good things everyone brought to the cover dish dinner. There was everything from apple pie to zucchini bread.
