We had a GREAT time at the cover dinner during Thanksgiving Day 2007.
We smoked 5 large 25 lb turkey’s for dinner. What a feast it turned out to be!
We are….and ate… and ate some more. Then we made everyone take some turkey home with them just like when you go to your aunts house. Nothing better that smoked turkey at midnight.
